• Hamachi tiradito in passion fruit sauce
• Spanish jabugo with tumaca sauce and artisanal bread
• Meat juice with mini rib taco
• Salad with pear, goat cheese, blueberries, candied walnuts and beet emulsion

Second Course

• Baked Neapolitan eggplant with feta cheese
• Italian burrata with baby spinach salad and roasted tomatoes
• Four-cheese risotto: goat, camembert, blue, and grana padano
• Black sea bass ceviche with peppers and cherry tomatoes

Third Course

• New York USDA Prime with rosemary French fries
